Abstract:
This imaging device is provided with an illumination device having a plurality of light sources for irradiating an observation target with illumination light at different irradiation angles, an imaging sensor for imaging an interference fringe image generated by the observation target irradiated by the illumination light and generating image data, a height adjustment mechanism enabling the height of the illumination device with respect to the imaging sensor to be adjusted, and an angle modification mechanism for modifying the irradiation angle of the illumination light according to the height so that the intersection between the center axes of the illumination light emitted from the plurality of light sources is positioned on the observation target.
