Abstract:
Provided are: an imaging device which is capable of properly supporting manual focusing to achieve highly precise focusing; an imaging device main body; and a focusing control method for the imaging device. The present invention is provided with: an image sensor moving and driving unit (220) which moves an image sensor (210) along an optical axis (L); and an image sensor movement control unit (250a) which controls the image sensor moving and driving unit (220) and controls movement of the image sensor (210). The image sensor movement control unit (250a) starts tracing, when focused on a subject, and controls the movement of the image sensor (210) so as to maintain a focusing state on the basis of a defocus amount detected by a phase difference autofocus (AF) processing unit (132).
