Abstract:
Provided are an imaging device and the like that can reliably obtain a focal plane without displacement of an object surface in the Z-direction in inclined image formation imaging. An imaging device (1) is provided with: a stage (100) on which a sample (SP) is mounted; an imaging unit (110) that images the sample (SP); an XY drive unit (120) that moves the stage (100) within the XY plane; and inclining mechanism (130) that inclines the imaging plane for the imaging unit (110) with respect to an axis parallel to the direction of movement of the stage (100); a Z drive unit (140) that moves the stage (100) along the Z-direction; a drive parameter calculation unit (180) that images a first region of the sample (SP) in the imaging unit (110) while moving the stage (100), obtains information regarding the first region from the results of this imaging and calculates focal inclination for the sample (SP); and a Z drive control unit (160) that controls the Z drive unit (140) on the basis of the focal inclination, and adjusts image forming characteristics for observation light in the imaging plane of the imaging unit (110) when imaging a second region in the imaging unit (110).
