Abstract:
An imaging device (1) is provided with an interchangeable lens (200) and a camera body (100). The interchangeable lens is provided with a correction lens (220), a lens drive unit (221), and a first control unit (223, 240). The camera body is provided with an imaging element (110), an element drive unit (181), and a second control unit (140, 183). The first or second control unit selects either the interchangeable lens or the camera body according to the level of the correction capability of performing image blurring correction. One selected out of the lens drive unit and the element drive unit performs image blurring correction on image blurring within the correctable range of the one. The other drive unit that is not the selected one performs image blurring correction on the remaining image blurring outside the correctable range of the one.
