Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an imaging device with which it is possible to stabilize imaging performance. [Solution] An imaging device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is provided with: a photoelectric conversion element; a signal converting unit for converting an electric charge transferred from the photoelectric conversion element into a pixel signal; a source follower circuit for amplifying the pixel signal; a monitoring circuit for monitoring the source follower circuit voltage; a comparator for outputting a comparison result between the pixel signal input via the source follower circuit and a ramp signal; and a correcting circuit for correcting the ramp signal on the basis of the output of the monitoring circuit.
