Abstract:
An imaging device 101 comprises a first pixel, a second pixel, and a correction circuit 504. First signals respectively corresponding to the first pixel and the second pixel are input to the correction circuit 504. The correction circuit 504 outputs second signals on the basis of the first signals. Each of the first pixel and the second pixel includes a photoelectric conversion unit 15, a charge retention unit Z, and a capacitance circuit CC. The photoelectric conversion unit 15 converts light into a signal charge. The charge retention unit Z retains the signal charge. The capacitance circuit CC changes the capacitance value of the charge retention unit Z in accordance with the potential of the charge retention unit Z. The correction circuit 504, if the same amount of light is incident on the first pixel and the second pixel, corrects the first signal of at least one of the first pixel and the second pixel into the second signal so that the difference between the second signal of the first pixel and the second signal of the second pixel is smaller than the difference between the first signal of the first pixel and the first signal of the second pixel.
