Abstract:
An imaging device 200 comprises: an image array unit 10 that includes a plurality of pixels arranged in a matrix; and a column signal processing unit 50. The pixels include a plurality of imaging pixels 100 that output pixel signals in response to incident light, and a plurality of reference pixels 110 that are arrayed in a columnar direction in at least two columns and that output reset signals corresponding to output signals at the time of resetting of the respective imaging pixels 100. The column signal processing unit 50 outputs a difference between a pixel signal outputted from one of the imaging pixels 100 and a reference signal based on the reset signals outputted from at least two reference pixels 110 that are positioned on the same row as the one of the imaging pixels 100, from among the reference pixels 110.
