Abstract:
According to the present invention, when a user inputs the structures of a plurality of metabolite candidates included in a sample, a dissociation pattern prediction unit (22) predicts a dissociation pattern for each metabolite candidate, and an MS/MS spectrum estimation unit (23) estimates MS/MS spectra to store the estimated MS/MS spectra in a teacher data storage unit (24). Under a control by an analysis control unit (20), an imaging mass spectrometry unit (1) performs an MS/MS analysis by taking, as a target, a precursor ion based on mass information on each metabolite candidate with respect to each measurement point in a measurement range on the sample, and acquires actually measured MS/MS spectra. A multivariable analysis processing unit (27) performs a multivariable analysis by taking, as teacher data, peak information by means of the MS/MS spectra stored in the teacher data storage unit (24), and classifies the actually measured MS/MS spectra of each measurement point into a plurality of metabolite candidates. A spatial distribution construction unit (28) constructs an image indicating the spatial distribution for each metabolite candidate on the basis of the classified result. Accordingly, a structure-based distribution image of a compound candidate, not an m/z-based distribution image, can be provided to a user.
