Abstract:
Disclosed are an imaging method for an image sensor, an imaging device and an electronic device. The image sensor comprises a photosensitive pixel array and an optical filter arranged on the photosensitive pixel array; the optical filter comprises an optical filtering unit array; and each optical filtering unit and a plurality of adjacent photosensitive pixels in the photosensitive pixel array covered by the optical filtering unit jointly form a combined pixel. The imaging method comprises: reading an output of a photosensitive pixel array, and extracting, from a single frame of read high-resolution image, pixel values of photosensitive pixels of different combined pixels for combination, so as to obtain a plurality of frames of low-resolution images; and synthesizing the plurality of frames of low-resolution images. The imaging method only needs to output one frame of an image sensor to obtain a high-dynamic range image by means of synthesis, thus reducing time for waiting for a data frame, and also being able to prevent the generation of ghosting.
