Abstract:
Disclosed are an imaging method and system for radiotherapy CBCT, wherein same relate to the technical field of medical treatment. The imaging method is applied to a radiotherapy device with both a megavoltage image subsystem and a kilovoltage image subsystem, wherein the two sub-systems can rotate independently relative to each other, so that a kilovoltage image and a megavoltage image in different scanning coverage areas can be obtained. According to the association relationship between the kilovoltage image and the megavoltage image, the megavoltage image is converted into the kilovoltage image, and then CBCT three-dimensional volume image reconstruction is carried out by means of the kilovoltage image obtained through scanning and the kilovoltage image obtained through conversion. A kilovoltage image and a megavoltage image are collected at the same time and are used for CBCT three-dimensional volume image reconstruction, so that soft tissue information and bone tissue information are highlighted in a finally obtained three-dimensional image. A megavoltage image subsystem and a kilovoltage image subsystem only scan a relatively small coverage area respectively, so that the image collection time is shortened.
