Title:
IMMOBILIZED PROTEIN AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2004/089977
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
By introducing a polymer compound having a primary amino group in its repeating structure onto the surface of a support, the content of the primary amino group usable in immobilization is increased and thus a protein is immobilized at a high density at one site in the carboxyl end.
