Title:
IMMUNE INDUCER CONTAINING POLYNUCLEOTIDE-PEPTIDE CONJUGATE AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION CONTAINING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/193900
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides an immune inducer containing a polynucleotide-peptide conjugate or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. The polynucleotide-peptide conjugate comprises a single-stranded polynucleotide or polynucleotide derivative including CpG motifs, a peptide, and a spacer covalently bonded to the polynucleotide or polynucleotide derivative at one end and covalently bonded to the peptide at the other end. In the peptide, one or more contiguous amino acids at the N terminal of an MHC binding peptide are replaced by amino acids having a reactive functional group for covalently binding to the spacer. The one or more contiguous amino acids do not include an anchor residue for forming an MHC bond.
