Abstract:
The present invention relates to an immunoconjugate targeting c-Kit and, in particular, to: an immunoconjugate comprising an anti-c-Kit antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to a specific region of c-Kit, a linker, and a drug moiety; and a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of cancer, comprising the immunoconjugate as an active ingredient. The antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, according to the present invention, specifically binds to a specific region of c-Kit and can be internalized into cells, and thus, an immunoconjugate prepared by conjugating same with a drug-linker conjugate has excellent anticancer activity.
