Abstract:
An impeller (1) and a vortex air pump (100) having the impeller (1). The impeller (1) comprises: a body (11), the middle of which is provided with a mounting portion fitted over a driving shaft; two annular bosses (13), respectively provided on two sides of the body (11) and formed around the mounting portion; two arc-shaped grooves (131), respectively formed along the edge parts of the annular bosses (13); and a plurality of blades (14), located in the arc-shaped grooves (131) and fixedly connected to the annular bosses (13) in a semi-surrounding manner. The section lines of the groove bottom surfaces of the arc-shaped grooves (131) are in an arc shape, and the depths of the arc-shaped grooves (131) gradually increase and then decrease in the direction from the position close to the mounting portion to the position away from the mounting portion. The impeller improves the bearing strength of the annular boss on the side close to the mounting portion and the contact area between the blades and the annular bosses, thereby greatly improving the overall strength of the impeller, so that the impeller can bear a centrifugal force brought by an ultra-high rotation speed.
