Abstract:
Disclosed is an implantable tube device for the middle digestive tract, comprising a bendable elastic hollow tube with a proximal end and a distal end, and at least one fixed line that is fixed in the hollow tube at a distance of 15-30 cm from the distal end thereof. A head end of the fixed line penetrates the tube from the outside of the tube, runs along an inner wall of the tube by a certain length and then exits the tube, and runs along an outer wall of the tube by a certain length and then penetrates the tube and forms a single line loop outside the tube, and then runs along the inner wall of the tube by a certain length and exits the tube to tie a knot with a tail end of the fixed line. The knot is proximal to the distal end of the hollow tube, the single line ring is remote from the distal end of the hollow tube, and the knot is fixed on the outer wall of the hollow tube by means of an adhesive and/or a cover film. The implantable tube device for the middle digestive tract of the present invention has an ingenious structure, is easy to operate and safe and effective, and can be kept for a long time, and solves the problem of nasal mucosa injuries and bleeding occurring during the quick implantation of a nasointestinal feeding tube in the case of a traditional endoscope, and the problem of tube blocking due to a coagulated block in a tube cavity that tends to occur after implantation.
