Abstract:
Disclosed are an inclination angle adjusting method of a voice coil motor and an assembling method. The inclination angle adjusting method comprises: providing an inclination angle adjusting base and a gasket (2), the inclination angle adjusting base comprising a foundation bed (11), and a spherical ejection rod (12) disposed in the foundation bed (11) and capable of moving up and down relative to the foundation bed (11), the spherical ejection rod (12) being of a hollow structure, the top of a spherical surface of the spherical ejection rod being provided with an opening, and the gasket (2) being provided with a via hole; attaching the gasket (2) on the foundation bed (11) of the inclination angle adjusting base and allowing the spherical ejection rod (12) to pass through the via hole of the gasket; coating a lay of adhesive (4) on the surface of the gasket (2); adjusting the spherical ejection rod (12) at an appropriate height, and placing the voice coil motor on the spherical surface of the spherical ejection rod (12) so that the voice coil motor contacts with the adhesive (4); adjusting an angle of the voice coil motor so that an optical axis of the voice coil motor is perpendicular to the gasket (2); and solidifying the adhesive (4) between the gasket (2) and the voice coil motor. The inclination angle adjusting method can adjust the inclination angle of common voice coil motors simply and efficiently without changing the interior structure of the existing voice coil motors.
