Abstract:
An inclinometry robot, comprising an inclinometry pipe, an inclinometry portion and a driving device, wherein the inclinometry pipe comprises an underground pipe (11) and a steering pipe (16), which are in communication with each other, with an outer sleeve (63) sheathed outside the steering pipe (16); the inclinometry portion comprises an inclinometer (30), the inclinometer (30) comprises a protective pipe (31) and an inclinometry assembly, and rollers (32) are mounted outside the protective pipe (31); the underground pipe (11) is internally provided with a first guide channel (12), and the steering pipe (16) is internally provided with a second guide channel (18); when the steering pipe (16) rotates 180°, the rollers (32) can still enter the second guide channel (18) along the first guide channel (12); the driving device comprises a lifting portion and a steering portion; the lifting portion comprises a winch (53), a guide wheel (54) and a first electric motor (52); a traction rope (55) on the winch (53) is connected to the protective pipe (31) via the guide wheel (54); and the steering portion comprises a second electric motor (42). By means of the inclinometry robot and an inclination measuring method, a measuring point can be accurately positioned, so as to ensure that the inclinometer (30) can perform measurement at the determined height position and enable the inclinometer (30) to accurately complete 180° steering, which provides a guarantee for the accurate measurement of inclination.
