Abstract:
The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide an individual package for an absorbent article which does not easily allow foreign matter to enter the interior of the individual package and has excellent unsealability. This individual package for an absorbent article is configured as follows. The individual package (1) for an absorbent article (3) is provided with the absorbent article (3) and a wrapping body (9) containing the absorbent article (3). The absorbent article (3) comprises a main body (5) extending in a longitudinal direction (L) and a pair of flaps (7) extending from the main body (5) in opposite directions along the longitudinal direction (L). Each of the main body (5) and the pair of flaps (7) has a fixing section (17, 19, 19a, 19b) and the main body (5) and the pair of flaps (7) are fixed to the same face of the wrapping body (9) with the fixing sections (17, 19, 19a, 19b) interposed therebetween. The wrapping body (9) is provided with a pair of bonding regions (31, 33, 34) bonding the wrapping body (9), the bonding regions (31, 33, 34) being located outward in the widthwise direction (W) and each comprising a bonding section (35, 36) and a non-bonding section (37, 38). The fixing sections (19, 19a, 19b) of the pair of flaps (7) and the non-bonding sections (37, 38) overlap in the widthwise direction (W).
