Title:
INDUCED VOLTAGE SUPPRESSION DEVICE, MOTOR SYSTEM, AND POWER CONVERSION SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/030031
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of enability to achieve three-phase short-circuit and to suppress induced voltage when a switching element of an inverter does not operate normally due to a failure or the like. An induced voltage suppression device 3 is connected to three-phase wires between a power conversion device 1 and a motor 2 electrically in parallel with respect to the power conversion device 1. A rectifier circuit 31 is configured by a three-phase diode bridge circuit. A DC voltage source 32 is configured by a capacitor C2. A voltage detection circuit 33 detects a voltage across the DC voltage source 32. When a transistor Tr of the voltage detection circuit 33 is turned on, transistors T1-T3 are turned on, whereby a short circuit 34 performs a three-phase short-circuit operation and suppresses the induced voltage of the motor 2. Since a DC voltage is ensured as a driving source in a self-excited manner due to the induced voltage of the motor 2, the induced voltage suppression device 3 can suppress the induced voltage even when an abnormality occurs in the power conversion device 1.
