Abstract:
Disclosed is an induction cooker provided with a detected temperature calculation unit (30) which converts the output voltage of an infrared sensor (4) in a heating mode wherein the output can be set. An overcooked portion detection unit (31) is provided with a temperature increase measurement unit (32) for measuring a voltage rise time of the output voltage of the infrared sensor (4), a temperature decrease calculation unit (33) for calculating a decrease of temperature detected by the infrared sensor (4) for a predetermined period of time after a heating operation is stopped, and a storage unit for storing a value calculated by the temperature increase measurement unit (32) and the temperature decrease calculation unit (33). When a determined value (35) determined by the temperature increase measurement unit (32) and the temperature decrease calculation unit (33) exceeds a predetermined range, the overcooked portion detection information is output.
