Abstract:
In this information display device for laying out a plurality of display information units upon a screen so as to be displayed, the invention has been provided with gaze determination means which determines whether a user is gazing at a screen, display area change detection means for detecting that a display area for display information has changed, display area calculation means which calculates a display area depending on the degree of the change of the display area if a detection is made that the display area has changed when the user has been gazing at the screen, and display information display means which displays the display information in accordance with the display area of the display information. Therefore, even in a case in which layout of the display information has been modified in a situation in which the user has not been gazing at the screen, a change from the original displayed state is displayed at a time when the user is gazing thereupon, and therefore, it is possible to easily recognize a transition in display before and after the change in layout.
