Abstract:
Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose an information display method and apparatus, and an electronic device. A specific embodiment of the method comprises: receiving an instruction to display an instant messaging message page; displaying a display page of instant messaging messages according to the instruction, the display page comprising a first display area and a second display area; displaying screening information in the second display area, the screening information comprising a screening identifier and information about a message to be processed among messages corresponding to the screening identifier, the messages corresponding to the screening identifier being obtained by screening messages between at least one contact by using a preset screening condition corresponding to the screening identifier; and adding and displaying information about a preset identifier in a preset area in the current page. In the present embodiment, each message is screened according to a screening identifier, and users can search and browse relevant messages by means of the screening identifier. Thus, the speed at which a user views messages of interest is improved and user experience is improved.
