Disclosed in the present invention are a pentaheterocyclic compound, a preparation method therefor and use thereof. In particular, disclosed in the present invention are a compound as shown in formula I, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or a solvate thereof, a composition comprising the compound, and pharmaceutical use of the compound in the preparation of medicines for treating diseases or disorders related to the mechanism of action of KRAS G12C mutein. The pentaheterocyclic compound of the present application has the activity of inhibiting the proliferation of Ba/F3 KRAS-G12C cells, NCI-H358 cells and MIA PaCa-2 cells expressing KRAS G12C mutein, and has a good inhibitory effect on the growth of subcutaneous transplanted tumors in cell line NCI-H358 nude mice.
