A button (130) for entering opinion information indicating an opinion (sounds good) indicating agreement to a situation or an opinion (no good) indicating disagreement, that is press-operated by a driver at any time, is provided in a vehicle (100). The opinion information entered by the press-operation of the button (130) is sent to an information provision center (200). At this time, the opinion information is sent together with position information indicating the location where the press-operation occurred and time information indicating the time. Related information that is related to the opinion information sent by a server (210) is provided at the center (200) by feedback. In addition, the server (210) presumes the reason that the sent opinion information was entered, and sends this presumed reason, together with a response form, to a closed SNS and an open SNS. Then the server (210) sets an entering reason on the basis of a response in accordance with the response form, associates same to the opinion information, and stores same in an information storage unit (214) so as to be searchable.
