Abstract:

Provided is a system for ensuring that a target user can efficiently meet other users without disclosing the private communicative information of the target user to unknown users. Predicted courses and predicted movement speeds of the target user and other users that are other than the target user are calculated on the basis of current position information detected by the terminal apparatus of the target user for a past given time interval and current position information detected by the terminal apparatuses of the other users for the past given time interval. One or more of the other users that are predicted to exist in the same area at the same time as the target user are extracted, as meetable users, on the basis of the calculated predicted courses and predicted movement speeds. Further, the terminal apparatus of the target user is caused to present a user selection page for allowing the target user to select a desired meetable user from among the extracted meetable users. Then, to both the terminal apparatus of the target user and the terminal apparatus of the meetable user selected on the basis of the user selection page, mutual recognition purpose information is transmitted, said mutual recognition purpose information being information to allow those users to recognize each other on a real space and further being information, other than the private communicative information of those users, to allow those users to make contact with each other.
