Abstract:
In an inverter device equipped with wide-gap semiconductor switching elements in upper and lower arms, dead time when a synchronous rectification is performed is made variable so that the dead time (DT1') of an arm on the side where the synchronous rectification is performed before a turn-on is set to be shorter than the dead time (DT1) when the synchronous rectification is not performed and the dead time (DT2') after a turn-off is set to be longer than the dead time (DT2) when the synchronous rectification is not performed, thereby obtaining a power conversion device excellent in efficiency.
