Abstract:
[Problem] To propose a mechanism that is capable of providing a high noise cancellation effect by causing a plurality of devices to operate in a coordinated manner. [Solution] This information processing apparatus is provided with a signal processing unit for: acquiring a first signal detected by an audio input unit that is included in a first device and that is, when the first device is worn by a user, disposed within a prescribed distance from one of the ears of the user; acquiring a second signal that indicates noise generated from a noise source and that is acquired by a second device; and generating a noise-canceling signal targeting the noise on the basis of the first and second signals.
