Abstract:

A user information storage unit (11) stores user information wherein a user's e-mail address and at least one instance of location information are associated for each user. A registration processing unit (12) generates a code for each user on the basis of a prescribed rule, using the location information and the e-mail address stored in the user information storage unit (11). An invoice information storage unit (14) stores invoice information including a first user's e-mail address which is included in the user information which is stored in the user information storage unit (11). Upon acceptance of a request for access to the invoice information from a second user whose user information is stored in the user information storage unit (11), the registration processing unit (12) determines whether a first code of the first user and a second code of the second user match, and if the first code and the second code match, grants access rights to the second user to access the invoice information which the first user has created and which is stored in the invoice information storage unit (14).
