In order to distribute appropriate coupons in accordance with the target number of people to which distribution is intended by a store, this information processing device is provided with: an attribution condition acquiring unit 2a that acquires, from a store terminal 3 (distribution client terminal), a distribution subject attribution condition which is used as a condition for extracting distribution subjects; a distribution candidate determining unit 2b that determines, as distribution candidates, people positioned in a range of a prescribed distance from a store (facility) specified by the store terminal 3 (distribution client terminal); a distribution subject determining unit 2c that determines, as distribution subjects, people matching the distribution condition among the distribution candidates; a number-of-people calculating unit 2d that calculates the number of the distribution subjects; a presentation control unit 2e that causes the store terminal 3 (distribution client terminal) to present the number of distribution subjects; a distribution request acquiring unit 2f that acquires a distribution request from the store terminal 3 (distribution client terminal); and an information distributing unit 2g that distributes, to user terminals 4 of the distribution subjects, information corresponding to the distribution request.
