Abstract:
In the present invention, a resource control unit (201): prohibits, as a first request control, a processing request process (113) from requesting execution of request processing if the processing request process (113) is permitted to request execution of request processing; and permits, as a second request control, the processing request process (113) to request execution of the request processing if the processing request process (113) is prohibited from requesting execution of the request processing. A load estimation unit (202) estimates, on the basis of a resource usage amount of a service process (112) after at least one of the first request control and the second request control has been performed, a resource usage amount required to execute the request processing. A control rule update unit (203) determines, on the basis of the estimated resource usage amount, at least one of a first threshold, which is a threshold of the resource usage amount for performing the first request control, and a second threshold, which is a threshold of the resource usage amount for performing the second request control.
