Abstract:
Compatibility of business document information is preserved. A bill management device 1 has: a bill data storage unit 12 that, when bill data transmitted from a terminal device to a specified payee is received via a network, associates the received bill data with identification information for the payee and identification information for the issuer of the bill data, and stores the received bill data; and a transaction data generation unit 17 that determines whether the number of changes to a status showing the progress state of a process relating to business document data between the issuer and the payee, and/or the number of changes to data associated with the business document data, has reached a prescribed number, accumulates the bill data and the associated data when the prescribed number is reached, and transmits the bill data and the associated data to a data base for performing agreement formation.
