Abstract:
Provided are an information processing device, an information processing method, and a program that make it possible to store articles on a shelf on the basis of characteristics of the articles. An information processing device according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with an interface and a processor. The interface acquires warehousing information indicating articles that are to be stored on a shelf which comprises two or more sections of different heights and which is guided by an automated guided vehicle. The processor acquires characteristic information indicating characteristics of the articles and generates planning information indicating the sections in which the articles are to be stored on the basis of the characteristic information.
