Abstract:
This technology relates to an information processing device, an information processing method, and a program that make it possible to stably execute remote assistance for a moving body. The information processing device comprises in a moving body: a communication unit capable of communication, via a plurality of communication circuits, with a remote assistance device which performs remote assistance for the moving body; and a communication control unit that selects, on the basis of a characteristic of transmission data including information which is used in the remote assistance device and a characteristic of each communication circuit, the communication circuit for transmitting the transmission data to the remote assistance device. The present technology can be applied to, for example, a system which performs remote operation of a vehicle.
