One aspect of the present invention provides an information processing device. This information processing device includes a control unit. Upon receipt of a display request for an item list from a device of a user, the control unit performs, on the basis of attribute information pertaining to an item included in the display request for the item list and attribute information pertaining to a registered item, control such that a first screen including a list of registered items of the user is displayed on the device of the user. The first screen displays items that have been leased back and items that have not been leased back in a manner such that the former items can be distinguished from the latter items. The attribute information pertaining to an item includes leaseback information on whether the item has been leased back. When an item is selected from the list of items and a leaseback request is received from the device of the user, processing pertaining to leaseback is performed for an item identified by item identification information included in the leaseback request. The processing pertaining to leaseback includes the process of obtaining the assessed amount of the item selected as the item to be leased back and transmitting information pertaining to the assessed amount to the user.
