Abstract:
The present invention facilitates the understanding of a point that is on an observed object, is in an intensity map of a signal from the observed object acquired through radar, and contributes to the signal at a point in a region in which there is layover. This information processing device is provided with: a candidate point extraction unit for extracting, on the basis of the position in three-dimensional space of a target point specified in an intensity map of a signal from an observed object acquired through radar and the shape of the observed object, a candidate point that contributes to the signal at the target point; an evaluation unit for evaluating the reliability of the candidate point in terms of signal analysis on the basis of geographic information indicating the state of a surface including the candidate point; and an output unit for outputting information indicating the result of the evaluation.
