Abstract:

A generating unit (232) generates a payment form in which an initial value is set for each of a plurality of input fields, said initial values being set as appropriate to a given customer. An acceptance unit (210) presents to the customer the generated payment form in a manner in which the plurality of input fields may be edited, and accepts inputted information. A payment unit (233), upon the acceptance of the inputted information, carries out a payment on the basis of the inputted values which have been set in the plurality of input fields. Upon the acceptance of inputted information relating to a first payment form which has been generated with regard to a request for purchase of a first item of merchandise, an extraction unit (234) extracts, for each of a plurality of input fields which the first payment form comprises, the input fields for which initial values which have been set for the input fields differ from inputted values which have been set for the input fields when the inputted information has been accepted. With regard to a request for purchase of a second item of merchandise which has been made after the inputted information has been accepted in relation to the first payment form, the generating unit (232) generates a second payment form in which the display of the extracted input fields is emphasized.
