Abstract:
Provided is an information processing device comprising: a prediction result acquisition unit that acquires a prediction result regarding the weather in the stratosphere; and a flight path determination unit that determines, on the basis of the prediction result regarding the weather in the stratosphere, a flight path for a flying vehicle, which functions as a stratosphere platform and provides a wireless communication service to user terminals in a wireless communication area formed by irradiating a beam, such that the flying vehicle flies in an area of the stratosphere predicted to satisfy predetermined stratosphere path conditions.
