Abstract:
A creation unit (1e) sets, indoors, first regions (240, 240a1, 240a2, 240b1, 240b2, 240c, 240d) for which movement of a mobile device (13) is allowed, and creates a first region information (130) showing those set first regions (240, 240a1, 240a2, 240b1, 240b2, 240c, 240d). The mobile device (13) detects features (150, 220, 220a, 220b) that are present indoors. A sensor device (11) for detecting the features (150, 220, 220a, 220b) that are present indoors is installed indoors. The creation unit (1e) sets the first regions (240, 240a1, 240a2, 240b1, 240b2, 240c, 240d) indoors on the basis of map information showing a map of the indoors, a detection distance (d1) of the mobile device (13), and the position of the indoor features detected by the sensor device (11).
