Abstract:
The present invention provides an information processing device whereby a plurality of risk factors which are to be desirably removed simultaneously in order to improve the availability of a service which a system provides are appropriately presented. This information processing device comprises: a means for computing a service influence degree for each risk factor with respect to each service, on the basis of information which indicates a relation between configuration elements which have the risk factors and other configuration elements which are influenced by the state of said configuration elements, information which denotes characteristics of the respective risk factors, and information which denotes a correspondence between the services and these configuration elements; and a means for computing, on the basis of the computed service influence degrees, similarities between specific risk factors and other risk factors, and for generating and outputting a set of configuration element identification information on the basis of the computed similarities.
