Abstract:
Disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are an information processing method, apparatus, and device, the method comprising: if a first code rate Rreal is greater than or equal to a second code rate Rmin, then determining the number C of code blocks into which a transport block is divided on the basis of an LDPC maximum code block length Kmax, the first code rate Rreal being the maximum value amongst a transport block encoding code rate, the restricted code rate of the transport block, and the lowest code rate of the LDPC code, the second code Rmin being the lowest code rate corresponding to the maximum code block length of the LDPC code or the maximum value amongst the lowest code rate corresponding to the maximum code block length of the LDPC code and the restricted code rate of the maximum code block length of the LDPC code. The embodiments of the present invention makes the calculated number of code blocks more rational.
