Abstract:
Provided is an information processing method for game progression. The information processing method includes a processor carrying out: a first step of displaying a map image of a prescribed region on a display unit, and, if a prescribed condition is satisfied, arranging and displaying a first object on the map image; a second step of accepting, from an input unit, a user input operation specifying the first object; a third step of communicating with a server that manages landscape images of various locations, to acquire a landscape image corresponding to a specified position; a fourth step of displaying on the display unit a second object corresponding to the specified first object, superimposed on the acquired landscape image; a fifth step of requesting progression of a prescribed part of a game if the second object is associated with a specific character; a sixth step of receiving recorded operation command data if a first progression of the prescribed part is already complete; and a seventh step of causing the second object to operate on the basis of recorded operation command data, to execute a second progression of the prescribed part, and to perform a display on the display unit.
