Abstract:
According to the present invention, learning images, which reduce cost and have high accuracy, are generated evenly on a large scale. A processor includes: automatically cutting out a region including an object from a material image and generating an automatic cut out image; and performing learning pertaining to detection of the object on the basis of the automatic cut out image, wherein the generating of the automatic cut out image further includes generating the automatic cut out image by using an automatic cut-out apparatus that is generated by learning on the basis of manual cut out images obtained by manually cutting out a region including the object from the material image.
