The present invention relates to an information processing method and system and to a recording medium. An information processing system according to the present invention comprises: a storage medium for storing social network account information of a user and information of a plurality of acquaintances of the user corresponding to said social network account, said social network account information and the plurality of pieces of information are connected with each other; an interface unit which outputs an acquaintance selection window or page including a list of the plurality of acquaintances of the user corresponding to the social network account information of the user and a selection function capable of selecting acquaintances desired by the user from among the plurality of acquaintances of the user, when a social network selection button exposed to a product (or service) information webpage to which user equipment is connected is selected; and an information processing unit which, upon receipt of the information of user acquaintances selected by the user through the acquaintance selection window or page, processes information such that the message including link information for linkage to said product (or service) information webpage can be transmitted to social network accounts of the acquaintances corresponding to the received information of user acquaintances.
