Abstract:
An information processing apparatus receiving a service from a server apparatus offering the service is made to be capable, when transmitting data to the server apparatus with the information granularity thereof changed, of receiving the service using data before information granularity thereof was changed. The information processing apparatus comprises an information granularity changing unit that changes the information granularity of a first data and makes it a second data; a control result storage unit that keeps information about the difference between the first data and the second data; a data transmission unit that transmits the second data to the server apparatus offering the service; and a data display unit that displays, upon receiving the service containing the second data from the server apparatus, the service with the second data contained therein restored to the first data on the basis of the difference information.
