Provided are an information provision device and the like that are capable of providing information about a flying body that is not permitted to enter a prescribed area, regardless of whether or not it is possible to receive a signal representing an identifier transmitted by the flying body. An information provision device 10 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is provided with: a position determination unit 120 that determines whether a flying body is positioned within a prescribed area on the basis of data of the flying body as measured by a sensor; a specific information determination unit 140 that determines whether or not a signal having a prescribed pattern assigned to a mission within the prescribed area is received from the flying body, which has been determined to be positioned within the prescribed area; a permission determination unit 170 that, if no signal having the prescribed pattern is received from the flying body, determines that the flying body is an unauthorized flying body that is not permitted to enter the prescribed area; and a notification unit 190 that notifies a prescribed notification destination of information including the position of the unauthorized flying body.
