Abstract:
This information provision device for providing information to a user terminal via a network, is equipped with: a means for receiving position information of the user terminal from the user terminal, determining whether or not the user terminal is within a first distance range from an information provision spot on the basis of the position information, and transmitting position information of the information provision spot to the user terminal when the user terminal is determined as being within the first distance range; and a means for receiving an information request from the user terminal when the user terminal determines it is within a second distance range from the information provision spot, and transmitting information to the user terminal on the basis of the information request.
