Abstract:
An acquisition unit (231) acquires region information indicating the size of a browser display region on a user terminal. A control unit (230) identifies messages constituting a web page requested by the user terminal by referring to template information stored in a storage unit (220). A determination unit (232) determines whether the messages constituting the web page have not been read by a user by referring to management information stored in the storage unit (220). A generation unit (233) rearranges, in accordance with the determination results, the messages constituting the web page so that unread messages are arranged before read messages. The generation unit (233) calculates a space that can be secured at the footer location above the fold on the basis of the region information acquired by means of the acquisition means (231), and generates a web page in which advertisement data are arranged in the aforementioned space. A transmission unit (240) transmits the web page generated by means of the generation unit (233) to the user terminal.
