Abstract:
An information release system and method combining a robot and a building display screen are characterized in that: when the on-site water quality of a water quality detection station in a city exceeds a warning water quality level, a first server computes a straight-line distance between the position of a building in the city where each registered building display screen is located and the position of the water quality detection station; when it is determined that a target building display screen having a straight-line distance with the position of the water quality detection station being smaller than a specified threshold exists and the target building display screen is in a working state, the first server sends water quality warning information comprising the position information of the water quality detection station the on-site water quality of which exceeds the warning water quality level, to the target building display screen and a second server; and the target building display screen outputs the water quality warning information; and an alarm can be given in time when water quality exceeds criteria, so as to ensure city water use safety; and financial management is performed on a financial management account corresponding to a user identifier corresponding to a target robot, so as to motivate the target robot to participate in the matter of giving an alarm when water quality exceeds criteria.
