Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are an information reporting method and apparatus, and a device, a storage medium and a program product. The method comprises: a terminal device sending first information to a network device, wherein the first information is used for indicating that the terminal device cannot transmit second information to the network device due to an unavailable uplink resource (510). In the present application, the terminal device reports the first information to the network device, and the first information indicates, to the network device, that the terminal device cannot transmit the second information to the network device due to the unavailable uplink resource, such that the network device can learn, after receiving the first information, the reason for the terminal device being unable to transmit the second information to the network device, and then may make a proper adjustment in view of an actual condition, for example, optimizing the configuration of a first time offset, which facilitates the improvement of the success rate and reliability of information transmission between the terminal device and the network device.
