The present application provides an information sending method, an information receiving method, an apparatus and a system, relating to the internet field. The method comprises: a server acquires an identification of an application, the application being a program that has an application unlocking interface; searching information corresponding to the identification of the application, wherein the information is information that is designated by an information promotion party to be promoted in association with the application; and sending information for displaying in the application unlocking interface corresponding to the application to a target terminal. The present application solves the problem that a current application lock program can only be used for locking and unlocking an application, meanwhile it is possible to display information in the application unlocking interface of the application and to provide the user who uses the application with the information associated with the application, thereby the application unlocking interface serving as an effective information promoting window.
